**STUDIO PRODUCTION ASSISTANT**

Do you like to wear multiple hats, have an up-beat can-do attitude and a willingness to dig in and help wherever is needed? Wind Sun Sky is looking for a Studio Production Assistant to manage the day-to-day of the office, ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently, while supporting with general administrative tasks. This is an entry-level position with great opportunity to learn more about all aspects of the animation/media industry.

**What You Will Do**:

- Reception tasks (NDA signing, guest log, completing safety protocols, welcoming guests, answering the phone, sorting and sending office mail)
- Act as point person for all internal staff and external inquiries
- Kitchen support:
Order and shop for snacks and supplies

Emptying dishwashers

Making coffee

Light cleaning - kitchens/counters/fridges/microwave

Ensuring appliances and equipment are maintained and in working order.
- Office errands and purchases
- Preparing board rooms for meetings, including Zoom set up.
- Assisting the Accounting department with Visa reports and receipt reconciliation
- Travel coordination:
Organize and execute executive travel plans including booking of flights & accommodation, creating, and updating itineraries, prepping materials, communicating agendas and materials to internal and external sources.
- Assisting the Culture Committee with upcoming events
- Support development department tracking, agendas, pitch organization.
