Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, as a Sales & Marketing Analyst you will be responsible to support the tasks required in the ownership, management & development of the operational and strategic activities /templates and reports used in the evaluation and decision making process of multiple ongoing projects stemming from our suppliers, our brands or field sales requirements.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Support the operational and strategic activities for the adequate execution of Trade Marketing plan.
- Assist in developing category/brand trade decks, focusing on using facts and data to create a cohesive sales story.
- Support for the execution of projects and activities with commercial partners.
- Assist with activities related to in-store merchandising, such as communication with the supplier and alignment of execution strategies.
- Assist in measuring the performance and impact of promotional initiatives.
- Support control of promotional funds (trade investment).
- Support and guidance to the sales force in various activities.
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- University Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills (able to handle multiple priorities, problem solve, meet targets, build reviews).
- Advanced knowledge of the MS-Office package (Excel and PowerPoint are a must).
- Knowledge / understanding of Syndicated Data (eg Nielsen) preferred.
- 2+ Years experience in Trade, Marketing, or other Business Operations preferred.
- Knowledge of CPG or retail industry preferred (Confectionery is a plus).

**Description d’emploi**
Relevant du directeur des ventes de l‘Est du Canada, en tant que représentant des ventes, vous serez responsable de gérer, de développer, de maintenir et de faire croître le portefeuille de produits de confiserie pour un groupe de clients assignés dans tous les canaux commerciaux au Québec et dans les provinces de l’Atlantique. Vous serez chargé d’offrir un service de haute qualité en développant des affaires existantes et nouvelles par l’augmentation du volume des ventes de produits existants et de nouveaux produits innovants.
**Les responsabilités comprennent**:
- Gérer le territoire pour maximiser la couverture, entretenir les produits actuels, sécuriser la distribution et étendre la vente des produits Morris National.
- Planifier et établir des priorités pour chaque client afin d’atteindre les objectifs organisationnels.
