**Key Responsibilities**:

- Following quarterly and monthly sales development strategies under the direction of Marketing / Demand Generation Department.
- Responding to inquiries from inbound channels such as Chat Bot and Live Chat.
- Qualifying / disqualifying website leads for certain segmentations to improve sales efficiency.
- Initiating contact with potential customers nurtured by marketing.
- Conducting research to identify potential prospects.
- Entering potential customer information to CRM.
- Setting up and implementing initial 15-min call with potential customers.
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs.
- Presenting Logix solutions and products to customers as needs are identified.
- Leveraging CRM Dashboard and Sales Engagement tool to manage leads and organize SDR workflow.
- Following up with sales on stagnant opportunities, assessing the reason(s), and taking actions accordingly.
- Giving daily performance feedback according to SDR reporting template.

**What we are looking for**:

- Post-secondary education is highly preferred.
- 1 year sales/business development and/or cold calling experience, customer facing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge and experience in CRM, Microsoft Dynamics preferably.
- Knowledge with list building and prospecting tools such as Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to learn tools and software fast.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and pressured environment.
- 1 year lead generation experience, or customer service experience - (required)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - (required)
- CRM experience - (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Marketing Automation experience - (ClickDimensions preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as a team on multiple projects at a time
- Meticulous attention to detail, takes ownership, organized
- Strong interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field - (preferred)
- Knowledge of both the traffic and parking industries - (preferred)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English or Bilingual Proficiency (preferred)
