**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the engineering department to conceptualize new products.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Manage the end-to-end process of adding new products to our lineup, from initial research to market launch.
- Analyze competitor products and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, spec sheets, sell sheets, and installation sheets.
- Support marketing campaigns by providing expert knowledge and insights about our product range.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights on existing and potential products.
- Prepare detailed analyses for the Marketing Manager as well as the data files necessary to update the specification sheets for their line of products.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to review product line performance and establish sales improvement strategies.
- Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies.
- Manage the product lifecycle from SKU creation to product launch, and retirement.

**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you need:

- College or university degree in one of the following areas: marketing, Electrical engineering or another related field.
- Bilingualism, written and spoken (French and English).
- Demonstrated experience in marketing technical products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing products from conception to launch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging and proven track record of creating and executing successful product marketing campaigns.
- Teamwork-oriented and demonstrate high level of initiative, problem-solving, information-seeking, and eagerness to learn.

**Principales responsabilités**:
Collaborer avec le département d'ingénierie pour concevoir de nouveaux produits.

Mener des études de marché complètes afin d'identifier les tendances émergentes et les besoins des clients.

Gérer de bout en bout le processus d'ajout de nouveaux produits à notre gamme, de la recherche initiale au lancement sur le marché.

Analyser les produits et les stratégies des concurrents afin d'identifier les possibilités de différenciation.

Élaborer et tenir à jour une documentation détaillée sur les produits, les fiches techniques, les fiches de vente et les fiches d'installation.

Soutenir les campagnes de marketing en apportant des connaissances et des points de vue d'expert sur notre gamme de produits.

S'engager auprès des clients pour recueillir des commentaires et des idées sur les produits existants et potentiels.
