**Shifts: Weekend Evenings - 3/4 weekends (additional day/evening shifts during the week may be available)**
**Rate of Pay: $50.37 - $55.17 per hour**
Reporting to the Director of Care, the Clinical Resource Coordinator is responsible for the clinical and operational supervision of care delivery at Hogarth Riverview Manor (HRM), and Bethammi Nursing Home (BNH) during non-business hours. The Coordinator will endeavor to ensure the homes goals and objectives are met, while creating an environment that supports the Mission, Vision and Values of St. Joseph's Care Group (SJCG).
**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree required
- Significant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
- Current BCLS certification
**Skills/Abilities**:
- Strong leadership skills, sound clinical judgment, critical thinking and decision making skills
- Ability to facilitate collaboration, cooperation and coalitions to support effective team work
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
- Familiar with and ability to interpret collective agreements
- Familiar with the Mental Health Act
- Competent within the meaning of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Knowledgeable about hospital policy and procedure, goals, objectives and standards
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
**Assets**:
- Postgraduate degree in a related health care field an asset
- Experience in LTC an asset
**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
