**Job Opportunity: Experienced Bookkeeper at RRA Group (Located in Surrey, BC)**

**RRA Group** is seeking an **experienced in-office Bookkeeper** to join our dynamic team If you have 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, we want to hear from you. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.

If you require any paperwork or work authorization to work in Canada, **RRA Group is happy to assist** in providing the necessary support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Recordkeeping**: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- **Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- **Accounts Management**: Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- **Vendor Relations**: Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries professionally.
- **Payroll Processing**: Process payroll, including employee benefits and deductions.
- **Asset Management**: Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- **Tax Filings**: Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure proper record-keeping and financial reporting.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up to date with changes in accounting laws and regulations.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: Degree or diploma in accounting or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role. Prior experience with **trucking bookkeeping or payroll** is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in **QuickBooks** and **Microsoft Excel**.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous and accurate in maintaining financial records.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze financial data and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
- **Ethical Standards**: Strong ethics and commitment to confidentiality in all financial matters.
