Dermapure et Project Skin MD forment le plus grand réseau de marques de cliniques de médecine esthétique haut de gamme au Canada avec 70 cliniques. Les cliniques proposent une approche de soins de la peau qui combine des technologies de pointe avec les gammes de soins professionnels Functionalab et SkinCeuticals. La ligne Functionalab, qui combine des nutricosmétiques et des cosméceutiques, est exclusivement distribuée à travers notre réseau de cliniques.

**Description du rôle**:
L’analyste en développement corporatif relèvera du gestionnaire du développement corporatif. Il s’agit d’une opportunité unique pour un professionnel ambitieux souhaitant prendre part à une stratégie de croissance par acquisitions et d’être exposé aux membres de la haute direction. L’analyste sera impliqué dans l’ensemble du processus d’acquisitions (identification de la cible jusqu’à la clôture et intégration), en plus d’autres initiatives stratégiques du Groupe.

En tant qu’analyste, vous allez:

- Effectuer la revue initiale et l’analyse des cibles potentielles;
- Réaliser de la modélisation financière et l’évaluation, et préparer les présentations reliées;
- Participer à la structure des offres et à la préparation des propositions
- Effectuer la vérification diligente sur des cibles potentielles;
- Participer au processus d'intégration et collaborer avec l'équipe d'intégration;
- Collaborer avec les équipes intelligence d’affaires et planification et analyse financière pour intégrer les données financières des cibles;
- Participer aux projets et analyses spéciaux pour soutenir la prise de décision opérationnelle et financière du Groupe; et
- Effectuer d'autres tâches pour soutenir l'équipe du développement corporatif, selon le besoin.

**Qualifications**:

- Vous avez 2 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet comptable en services transactionnels, conseil en transactions, financement d'entreprise ou autre expérience pertinente dans un contexte transactionnel et/ou vérification diligente
- Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire en comptabilité ou finance
- Vous avez acquis ou êtes en poursuite d’un titre professionnelle (un atout)
- Vous avez une attitude positive, vous êtes passionné de la finance d’entreprise et vous avez une curiosité pour l'industrie de la beauté
- Vous faites preuve de souci du détail et désirez produire un travail de haute qualité
- Vous avez le sens des affaires et vous avez des compétences analytiques pour formuler des conclusions, des recommandations et des alternatives
- Vous êtes bien organisé et capable de travailler sur plusieurs projets en parallèle, tout en rencontrant les délais
- Vous avez de solides compétences en communication en français et en anglais
- Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Excel et PowerPoint
