**The Position**
Our new position, Sales Support Specialist ( Coordinator) will play a key role in the growth of our Retail Division. As a member of the Retail Team, you will be an instrumental part as a key support to execute processes with cross-functional duties within sales and across departments. This is an exciting opportunity to support the strategic growth of the StickerYou brand with retailers in North America. Under the guidance of the Director, you will continue to develop and hone the necessary skills to grow in the Sales organization. This role reports directly to the Director of Retail.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Updating and maintaining the accuracy of internal and external files ; including customer portals relating to listings, pricing, promotions and other related records.
- Accountable for the maintenance and execution of various account specific daily operations.
- Support and prepare sales presentations, collaborating with team members in Retail and cross functional departments when needed.
- Planning and organize sample distribution to customers as well as other special projects and tasks as required
- Leading in the setup process for numerous Canadian national retailers, using different online portals/platforms depending on the retailer.
- Retrieve and enter all sales orders sent by Customers in a timely manner; input manual orders, confirm UPC’s, pricing and case sizes are correct on all orders.
- Communicate all PO’s to the Retail team.
- Supports the Retail team on sales accounts as needed. This may include, but is not limited to, eCommerce support for the traditional brick and mortar customer as well as other support tasks as required.
- Work with Sales team to assist in completion of customer new item set up forms and quotations, run customer POS reports, invoicing, internal customer shipment reports and other reports as needed.
- Assist in development of customer presentation documents and line review preparation, including competitive store shops and assortment updates.
- Assist and coordinate industry trade shows, vendor shows, customer planogram set ups.
- Organize and maintain sales files, vendor agreements, manuals and submissions for customers.

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Pursuing or completed degree in retail management, marketing or business.
- 2-3 + years of experience with retail or wholesale customers at an operational level
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Google Workspace.
- Ability to navigate and learn new software.
