**Position Details**

**What you will do**
- Develop and execute a digital communications strategy deliver value to partners and support business growth.
- Create a content calendar and compelling content a that is aligned with key audience needs.
- Maintain the Orion Travel Insurance website, portal and social media channels to ensure consistent content updates, adherence to brand, and an optimized customer journey.
- Develop and maintain superior relationships with key insurance partners, stakeholders and vendors.
- Participate in trade shows, industry networking functions and conferences. Co-lead annual partner forum including event planning and communications.
- Lead annual brand training session and ensure brand playbook is maintained.
- Provide sales support by collaborating with the Business Development, Product and Underwriting teams on innovative communications and marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with Business Development team and with industry organizations to promote Orion Travel Insurance offerings at industry events, speaking engagements, panels, interviews and tradeshows.
- Provide an ongoing consultative sales approach and lead cross functional working group to create value for partners nationally.

**Who you are**
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field with 3-5 years of previous experience.
- Prior experience in communications program management and execution as well as strategy development.
- Experience developing integrated communications plans aligned with key messaging.
- Experience translating technical information or concepts into easily digestible communications and content.
- Internal/external/partner relationship management.
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of B2B marketing principles, practices and standards a plus.
- Previous experience in insurance a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Collaborate effectively and demonstrated ability to influence.
- Results oriented, with an innovative and curious mindset.
