- Review and assess new claims to determine coverage and take appropriate action
- Retain and instruct lawyers/adjusters and experts as required
- Work with retained professionals to assess legal exposure and strategize on resolution
- Report to and collaborate with internal and external clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations
- Some travel may be required

**What you need to have**:

- Bilingual in English and French
- 2+ years work experience in one or a combination of the following: insurance, claims adjusting/examining, finance/business, law, project management, engineering as well as experience working in a professional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both official languages
- Effective problem solver and strong analytical skills in order to analyze problems and develop/implement effective solutions
- Sound judgment
