Safety - Drivers have the Right to Decide and assess the situation to determine if it's safe to drive

Equipment - Bison tractors are on average under two years old; three years for trailers

Compensation - Safe mile bonus paid quarterly, regional premiums, fuel subsidy, benefits and more

Program Overview:
Bison Transport is a full-truckload irregular-route carrier operating throughout Canada and the contiguous United States. Bison works closely with the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program to onboard experienced professional Drivers to live and work in Manitoba.

All applicants must meet the following hiring criteria:

- Must have a minimum of three consecutive years of international articulated tractor-trailer experience that includes snow and mountain driving within the past five years
- If there is no mountain driving experience available, the Driver must have experience driving in snow/icy road conditions
- Must have zero preventable accidents in the past twelve months
- Must have no more than two violations or tickets within the past two years
- This includes speeding, seatbelt fines, etc.
- Must have not lived or worked in Canada previously in a province other than Manitoba
- Must have job-ready English communication skills
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking

Do you qualify?

1. Do you have at least three years of tractor-trailer articulated or equivalent equipment experience in the last five years?

2. Do you have zero preventable accidents within the last 12 months?

3. Do you have no more than two violations in the last two years?

4. Do you have a post-secondary education?

5. Have you driven in ice or snow on a regular basis?

6. Have you passed your IELTS or CELPIP test in the last two years with a minimum score of five in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking?
