**Job Summary**:

- The Screening Admin Support - Clerk III is responsible for performing a variety of clerical administrative tasks including data entry, supporting clients’ in accessing cancer screening services, appointment management, and reception duties for the CancerCare Manitoba (CCMB) Screening Programs in an efficient and effective manner._

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**
- _Graduate of a Medical Office Assistant program or equivalent. A combination of education and experience may be considered._ _
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the internet_
- _Demonstrated data entry speed and accuracy of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (45 WPM), with less than 1% error rate. _
- An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered._

- Exceptional client services skills.
- Ability to adapt to stressful situations in a high-pace environment.
- Ability to work independently and participate as a positive member within a multi-disciplinary team.

**Asset**
- _Experience in a healthcare clinical environment that involved interaction with patients and the public_
- _Experience with electronic patient charts (EMR) and electronic information data systems _
- _Knowledge of population health and Cancer Screening Programs._
- _Experience working in Screening Programs._

**Other**
- _Must have satisfactory employment record_
- _Must be legally able to work in Canada _
- _Ability to speak French is considered an asset_
