The goal of the Fund Development Coordinator is to coordinate a strategic approach to fundraising including executing fundraising, special events and the digital marketing plan within the London Abused Women’s Centre.

We are looking for a Fund Development Coordinator with the following skills and experiences:

- At least five (5) years experience in fund development, fundraising, and raising awareness with a strong ability to coordinate events;
- Ability to maintain and establish relationships with donors, sponsors and community partners;
- Ability to support the growth and development of the London Abused Women’s Centre and keep up with any new and trending public awareness and engagement strategies;
- Experience with working at a non-proft or charity organization with evidence of meeting fundraising targets and working collaboratively with donors and sponsors;
- Must demonstrate a high degree of mature judgement, self direction and self motivation
- Ability to effectively prioritize, project manage and multi-task with little or no day-to-day supervision;
- French or other second language skills are an asset;
- Must have access to a vehicle.

This is a full-time, 35-hour per week position (Monday through Friday) with a RRSP matching program and a comprehensive benefit package. We operate as a team where the voices of each employee are valued.

**Salary**: From $52,487.00 per year
