The DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton is a four star, full service hotel in Niagara Falls. Smaller size property with a family atmosphere.

Working 11:30 pm - 7:30 am, along side the Night Auditor. Check in and out guests and assign rooms. Process guestroom reservations. Assist guests with information on hotel facilities and services. Make recommendations and give general information about points of interest in the area. Handle and resolve complaints/concerns. Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Follow emergency and safety procedures, Perform security needs, Clerical duties (i.e. filing, photocopying)

Optional extended health benefit plan co-op. We welcome guests from around the world, second language a bonus but not required.

We are not considering out of country applicants at this time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
