**Position overview**
The Marketing Communications Manager at Porsche Financial Services Canada (PFSC) supports the overall Communication strategy and execution for Porsche Financial Services Canada (PFSC), Bentley Financial Services Canada (BFSC), Lamborghini Financial Services Canada (LFSC) and Bugatti (BgFSC) in Canada. Primary responsibilities include the design and distribution of detailed financial program information and development and coordination of all marketing activities to support core business as well as Porsche Insurance and Porsche Protection Plan programs
Responsibilities further include the Financial Services coordination of all printed marketing point of sale (PoS) material, dealer and internal communication initiatives. The role will work for Porsche Financial Services Canada (PFSC) and will collaborate with colleagues from Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. (PCL), Porsche Financial Services Inc. (PFS) and ExBs (BMI and ALA).
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage the planning and timely production of all dealer communications for the organization
- Prepare, obtain approval and distribute Program Bulletins, Sales Support Programs, Information Notices, and all other dealer communications for Porsche and ExB brands (timeline driven and will require availability at the end/and start of each quarter)
- Design, maintenance and execution of marketing activities to support Porsche Insurance program
- Coordination and execution of PFSNA marketing initiatives in collaboration with PFS US
- Prepare, obtain approval and distribute the Porsche and ExB brands Product Summary Guide
- Support and creation of the annual PFSC Business Manager Round Table meeting
- Explore, identify and propose new communications opportunities to promote PFS and ExBs to the dealers
- Manage the brand specific financial services intranet spaces with OEM internal digital communications portal (PPN, HUB, and ALA) to ensure communications are accessible to the dealers in a timely manner
- Manage the distribution lists and ensure that data sharing with Porsche and ExB, dealers and external vendors comply with Company Directives and Statutory Regulations.
- Provide analysis and support methods to improve effectiveness of all internal and external communications processes.
- Manage inventory/distribution of dealer and customer materials (POS materials, customer journey )

**Education**:
- Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field required (may be substituted by 5 additional years of relevant experience)
**Experience (Job and Industry)**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with a background in advertising or marketing communications
- Ad agency experience valuable (client or agency side)
- Captive automotive or similar financial services experience an advantage
- Luxury Brand experience is a plus
**Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in print, collateral material production, online and other production processes i.e. InDesign
- Capable of communicating effectively to senior management, internal team members, external vendors, and customers
- Demonstrated ability to participate in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated managerial skills
- Understanding of technical implementation of traditional advertising and collateral.
- Highly motivated individual contributor with a strong desire to learn and succeed
