As a Sales Marketing Associate at Envision, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and promoting our values of integrity, creativity, and compassion.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to devise comprehensive strategies that align with Envision's objectives. Implement creative campaigns and initiatives to promote our products and services, generating leads and driving sales growth.

Cultivate Relationships with Charities: Act as a liaison between Envision and various charitable organizations. Identify and establish partnerships that align with our social responsibility goals. Develop strong relationships with charity representatives, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual benefit.

Create Compelling Sales Presentations: Craft persuasive sales presentations, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services. Effectively communicate the impact of Envision's charitable partnerships, emphasizing the philanthropic aspect to prospective clients.

Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments. Proactively seek out new sales opportunities, generating leads and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Maintain CRM Database: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Generate regular reports and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Support Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives: Actively participate in Envision's philanthropic activities and social responsibility initiatives. Volunteer, attend charity events, and contribute to fostering a culture of giving within the company.

Qualifications:d. Relevant certifications in sales or marketing would be an asset.

Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is desirable.

Sales and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to develop compelling sales presentations and effectively articulate the value of our products and services.

Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain productive relationships with external partners, such as charitable organizations. Experience in networking and building a strong professional network is advantageous.

Goal-oriented and Self-motivated: Proven ability to work independently, set and achieve targets, and effectively manage time and priorities.

Passion for Social Responsibility: Genuine interest in corporate social responsibility and commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Demonstrated creativity in developing innovative sales and marketing strategies.

**Salary**: $19.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
