**As Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for**:

- Overseeing and actively participating in the full cycle recruitment process by working internal and external stakeholders to execute on a talent acquisition plan that produces a strong talent pipeline needed for current and future business growth.
- Leading and mentoring a team of local and remote talent acquisition specialists to deliver a global corporate-wide resource plan.
- Partnering with external vendors and third-party firms to collaborate and contribute to Vision33’s growth plans.
- Evaluating and updating internal processes and protocols to increase efficiency and deliver on plans.
- Increasing awareness and brand presence of Vision33 through the creation of social media campaigns and compelling marketing content across multiple platforms.
- Monitoring key recruitment metrics necessary to deliver against the forecasted plan, as well as identifying trends and areas for development.
- Partnering with the Talent and Corporate Services leadership team to ensure efficient, effective, and seamless processes are in place to support onboarding of new employees.
- Staying informed and sharing trends of innovative recruiting techniques and practices.

**Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this position the following skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources/business with Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment.
- Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
- Tech savvy with full command of digital sourcing tools and social media sites.
- Strong professional social media presence.
- Demonstrated experience in a metrics-driven environment is required.
- Must be a proactive, energetic self-starter, and problem-solver.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have a passion for rapidly growing businesses and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptive, resilient to change and eager to take on challenging projects and the drive required for successful delivery.
