**Clinical Sales Specialist - Western Canada**

**Compensation and Benefits**:
The salary range for this position is $120k - $150k. Factors such as academic credentials and relevant experience will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.

**Position Summary**:
The Clinical Sales Specialist will report to the Sales Director and the International Clinic Director. The position is remote with the possibility of some travel within North America & Internationally.

**In this role, you will**:

- Educate and support customers with marketing strategies including website and micro-site development, PPC and SEO, internal office branding, external marketing strategies, launch events and product announcements.
- Achieve account revenue quota in the assigned territory. Determine physician wants and needs while working closely with the territory Area Sales Manager and Product Manager to drive sales and increase consumable as well as subscription sales.
- Provide clients with ongoing training including sales skills, phone skills, consultations, and goal setting
- Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual practice reviews with physicians and staff to strategize and grow their practice.
- Research and analyze competitive products and pricing.
- Educate customers on all Sciton products, inclusive of Halo, diVa, Moxi.
- Perform market research, investigation and due diligence.
- Interface with multiple clients.
- Give presentations and hold training in person and via Zoom.
- Have a heavy focus on product development and working closely with Product Managers.
- Plan and implement strategies for increasing sales.
- Support the sales, service, clinical and support teams pre
- and post-sale.
- Attend open house events, launch events, symposiums, and trade shows to market products on an as needed basis.

**Essential requirements of the role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or science is preferred.
- Two to five years’ experience with marketing & consumables selling is preferred.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop customer loyalty.
- Must be able to develop business strategies with customers to ensure their success.
- Must be a good active listener with the ability to ask key questions.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Must be a good planner to maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and a high level of customer service.
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes.
- Efficient in navigating Google drive and Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to adhere to T&E budget given by the VP of Marketing.
