Join our Inside Sales Team Now hiring a Remote Scheduling and Sales Specialist (internally called an Inside Sales Specialist) to join our growing organization. This role is a fully remote opportunity with a few in-office meetings throughout the year if required (head office in Burlington, ON).

This is a permanent full-time role. The schedule for this position would be Monday to Friday, 12pm – 8pm ET with some Saturday coverage throughout the year.

The compensation for this role is $21/hour - $24/hour

What we're looking for and what you'll do:

To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional hearing health to HearCANADA's clients. You are sales-minded, with the ability to discuss product promotions and hearing care appointment options with a wide variety of clients across Canada. There is no cold calling required in this role, so we expect our Inside Sales Specialists to utilize existing leads to grow our client base by depicting HearCANADA's clinics as their destination of choice for top-tier hearing care. Bilingualism in French and English would be a definite asset.

What you will do:

Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional in one of our many clinics across CanadaIdentify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointmentsMeet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets while ensuring each interaction is consistent with standards of HearCANADAParticipate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skillsMaintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in appointment system (CRM)Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules

What we are looking for:

1+ years experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment schedulingHealth industry experience is considered an assetAble to exercise empathy, and lead the conversation to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing lossPreference given to candidates who are demonstrably bilingual (English, French)Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIsPrior experience with CRM systems, and willing to learn new software and toolsStrong integrity, professionalism, and work ethicAbility to work independentlyShowcases our values of innovation, passion for positive impact and working as a team to go above and beyondFlexibility to work 5 days per week Monday - Friday afternoons (12pm - 8pm) with availability to work other shifts, including some Saturday coverage as required
