**Duties**:

- Booking court reservations & private lessons for clients on a daily basis
- Coordinating coaches schedules & their assignments to club programming
- Managing an inbox & online calendar while on shift
- Managing shop sales & inventory
- Assisting with the organization of financial reports
- Greeting all members & guests with enthusiasm & a smile
- Clearly communicate your knowledge of the club's operations & programming to guests
- Ensuring the club is looking presentable at all times to ensure a more enjoyable experience for members & guests: refilling water dispensers, lighting a fire in the lounge etc
- You will be the first point of contact at the club and hence set the tone of a customer's experience. Make it a memorable one for all the right reasons

**Expectations**:

- You have experience and confidence in a customer facing role
- You are computer literate and have experience with Word & Excel
- You are able to prioritize tasks
- You have the willingness to help out other departments when necessary - we are a team
