- The KSB Group is one of the leading producers of pumps, valves and related service offerings. Annual sales revenue is over 2200 million euro._
**The Purpose of your role**:
This is a 1 year full time Contract position supporting the development of Spare Parts and other SupremeServ offerings across all Market areas.
Front end sales that includes relationship building, communication with customers, researching of installed equipment, understanding KSB SupremeServ offerings, supporting marketing campaigns.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Ongoing review of registered products for accuracy
- Contact customers and inform and educate them about our SP and other SupremeServ recommendations and services
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This involves effective communication, understanding customer needs, providing relevant information, and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the products or services being sold. This includes knowing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, as well as being able to effectively communicate this information to potential customers.
- Send leads to applicable Sales Rep for service and other S/S offerings including site visit requests
- Support e-sales strategies and executing initiatives in the sales process
- Handle spare parts inquiries internally, providing information and support to customers regarding product inquiries, pricing and availability
- Quotation follow up, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, preferences, and sales activities using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development. Continuously seek ways to enhance sales skills and adapt to changing market conditions.
