Join our leading Managed Service Provider based in Toronto as an Account Manager. This pivotal role is suited for dynamic individuals passionate about nurturing long-term client relationships and driving technological advancements within those businesses. As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in understanding and responding to client needs, ensuring the successful delivery of IT services, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' IT environments to understand their current infrastructure, business needs, and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, consulting with clients on the latest technologies and best practices in the IT industry, tailored to their specific business context.
- Identify opportunities for IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, system refreshes, and new implementations, by understanding clients' evolving business requirements.
- Develop and present comprehensive project proposals, outlining the scope, benefits, timeline, and costs of suggested IT initiatives.
- Oversee and coordinate the successful execution of approved IT projects, serving as the primary liaison between the client and the MSP's technical team.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, adjusting project plans as needed based on client feedback and evolving needs.
- Provide post-implementation support, gathering client feedback to ensure satisfaction and adjusting services as necessary to meet client expectations.
- Regularly review and update clients' IT strategies post-project completion to align with their ongoing business goals and objectives.
- Manage and strengthen existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on client interactions, project progress, and overall account status, ensuring transparent communication and effective account management.

**Who We're Seeking**:

- Individuals with proven experience in Managed IT or Professional Services, adept at managing client relationships and understanding complex IT requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and advising clients on technical matters.
- Strong project management abilities, with experience in overseeing IT projects from conception to completion.
- Goal-oriented professionals with a commitment to continuous improvement and the drive to exceed performance targets.
- Knowledgeable about current IT trends, technologies, and best practices, with the ability to translate these into effective solutions for clients.

**Compensation Details**: We offer a competitive salary with a commission structure designed to reward the successful management and expansion of client accounts, as well as the successful identification and completion of new IT projects. Details will be provided during the hiring process.
