Job Description: Administrative Assistant
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner, assist clients with product selection
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff members
