Responsibilities
Dental Secretary-Manager (Westmount)

  • Welcome and assist patients with your best smile.
  • Set up projects and take part in clinic activities.
  • Responsible for the appointment book.
  • Effectively manage the callback system and maintain patient data.
  • Organize patient calls, appointment requests, confirmations, changes and cancellations.
  • Process patient referral letters and other correspondence upon receipt.
  • Manage and file all patient records.
Qualifications
Dental Secretary-Manager (Westmount)

  • Interest in holistic and nontraditional approach;
  • Knowledge of Dentrix software (an asset);
  • Understanding of teamwork;
  • Sense of initiative, adaptability;
  • Understanding of dental environment and terminology;
  • Create a relationship with the patient.
