Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This role is in the Financial Services Industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service to both English and French-speaking customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing client support with investments, mutual funds, segregated funds
- Establish, build and maintain relationships with their advisors and key members of their offices and act as the first point of contact for any of their operational inquiries and escalations.
- Take full ownership of inquiries and escalations to ensure resolution according to company policies and procedures.
**Skills**:
- Bilingual and Fluent in English and French is required
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
- At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- MUST have a 3 years diploma OR Bachelor's degree.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
