**The opportunity**:

- Provides administrative support for the Vice President, Strategy and Sales Administration, Directors, and Finance team.
- Support and assists the Executive Assistant, to the President and CEO and the Senior Vice President Finance and Strategy.
- Proactively anticipates the needs of the team and contributes to continuous improvement.
- Responsible for various administrative matters within the team, including, scheduling and organizing meetings, coordinating travel, maintaining the department calendar, managing expenses and invoices, directing phone calls and inquiries, sorting and distributing mail and scheduling couriers.
- Assists the Finance and Sales Administration teams with documentation as required.

**You have**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Administrative Assistant or a related field.
- Minimum two years’ experience providing administrative support.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

**You bring**:

- Ability to organize workloads, set priorities, and complete assignments efficiently and within assigned deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to uphold the highest degree of ethics and integrity and maintain confidentiality.
