**Position Description**

Are you a results-driven sales professional with exceptional account management skills within the Solid Waste industry? Our Edmonton location, primarily focused on Solid Waste services has an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your talents and contribute to the growth of a dynamic company. If this is you, we have the perfect role for you as a Sales Manager at Environmental 360 Solutions.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify new customers and potential growth opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and needs to provide tailored solutions and exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular account reviews, analyze sales data, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Other duties and projects may be assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Knowledge of Solid Waste is required
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to understand complex client requirements and present compelling solutions effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
