**About the role**
As the Sales Manager for Alberta, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region. The responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to meet annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint in Alberta and North America.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
- Create accurate and competitive sales quotations and proposals.
- Grow dealer sales network by working with existing and prospective new dealers for Elevators and Lifts.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their vertical transportation needs.
- Work with the COO to execute commercial sales strategy in Alberta.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Liaise with internal departments, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products and services.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Build annual sales budgets for Alberta and lead in delivering the sale and GM budget targets.
- Implement plan to deliver client satisfaction survey and improve KPI’s.
- Deliver a minimum of 15% sales and GM targets per year.
- Responsible for ensuring successful installation for customers in Alberta.
- Responsible for managing the install crew, installation schedules and customer coordination
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
- Knowledge of the elevator industry, including relevant regulations, codes and technical aspects is an asset.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel within Alberta and North America
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
