**The position**

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You'll identify potential clients, thoroughly understand their unique needs, and present tailored solutions that showcase the value our agency can bring to their businesses. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients will be a key aspect of your role, as you'll provide exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey with Pixel Army.

You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns that align with our clients' needs and expectations. By analyzing sales performance data and generating insightful reports, you'll provide valuable input to our management team to guide informed decision-making.

**Collaboration with the management team**

In this role, you will work closely with our management team to shape our sales strategies, stay informed about market trends, and identify target customer segments. Your interactions with clients will provide valuable insights and feedback that will directly influence our agency's growth strategies. Participation in strategy meetings with the management team will be essential, as you contribute your expertise to discussions about business development opportunities, sales targets, and performance metrics. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the management team to establish and refine sales training processes.

**What we require**

Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
