**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsibilities for the Associate Consultant will be to have close familiarity with Distribution.

The Associate Consultant will fill a critical role as a technical super-user and assist with the design, configuration, testing, deployment of the software and documenting the software development life cycle as well as end-user documentation.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- Assist in functional design documentation and testing with support from Lead Consultants
- Prepare procedures for users to follow during testing, document test results.
- Responsible for following Argano Implementation methodology; reuses all standard templates and project artifacts.
- Develop end-user training guides and training materials.
- Ensure the customer support systems are administered efficiently, escalating issues in an appropriate and timely manner internally.
- Assist in maintaining the project plan, including timelines, task breakdown structure and competing priorities for the organization’s information needs.
- Maintain issue log for the project.

**Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications**

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree with required minimum 3-5 years in systems implementation or related experience within a distribution or manufacturing company.

EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of D365 Finance and Supply Chain is preferred.
- Knowledge of (experience with) at least one ERP platform that is used by a distribution or manufacturing company is preferred.
- Experience working in supply chain related fields preferred.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated ability to learn and be trainable on the new software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical (software) issues and bring to resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional team without direct reporting structure.
- Must possess ability to implement process improvement ideas.
- Must be able to manage project tasks and issues efficiently and independently.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Power Point) Web-based research and information collection skills.
- Good command of the English language. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit and prepare routine written communication. Ability to respond in a clear and concise manner to requests and questions.

- Strong self-management skills. Ability to set well-defined and realistic goals; monitor progress and achieve results; manage own time and deal with stress effectively; manage multiple tasks and projects.
