**Position Overview**

The role of consultant is to bridge the gap between the business and IT. In the lifespan of a project, consultants will guide the business through requirements gathering, implementation, and end-user training.

Our program offers our Associates a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to progress to Consultant, Senior, and even Solution Architect.

**What we’re looking for**
- An Engineering/Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Previous internship/co-op experience in a manufacturing or distribution company
- Exposure to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform

**Additional Qualifications**
- Exposure to client-facing roles
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple requests
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have a valid driving license
- Must have a valid passport

The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
