As an Associate, you will work closely with Second Mountainleadership and project teams client on service delivery and product development.

The key activities for the role are:

- Actively contribute to all phases of client engagements, including interviews, surveys, analysis, recommendations, implementation, and curating project deliverables for long-term use by clients and/or Second Mountain.
- Manage engagement initiatives and work effectively with client management to build consensus and momentum
- Work with leadership to develop proprietary content in multi-media formats
- Participate in research with leading academics to push the frontiers of understanding in management theory
- Develop business requirements for Second Mountain’s methodology, technology, and tools based on research and client needs
- Work with Second Mountain leadership to develop relationships and proposals for prospective clients
- Manage relationships and work collaboratively with key delivery partners

**DESIRED PROFILE**
- A university degree with top marks and a passion for constant learning
- Experience in a top consultancy and/or comparable industry experience
- Work authorization in either the United States or Canada
- Outstanding quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work successfully in teams, motivate others, and gain the respect of clients and colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Results-oriented with high standards for quality
- Well organized with strong planning skills
- Willing to travel as needed
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
