Key Accountabilities

Accountability Cluster

Lead and manage IT and ITES business development efforts in Canada market to enhance top line revenue growth and profitability, maintaining competitive advantage

Pre-sales and sales of Technology and Backoffice solutions

Engage in active deal-making to negotiate the best deals

Work collaboratively with other teams internal to partner with them for smooth transition of the new business

Major Activities / Tasks
- Identify and secure new IT and ITES customers.
- Staff augmentation for existing and new clients.
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients for continue revenue flow.
- Ensure the best resource is being share with the client in accordance to technology skills and right attitude to work.
- Make sure the regular inflow of tech savvy resources to the client.
- Preparing & compiling business requirements into functional requirements.
- Preparing RFQs and RFPs for commercial information technology and State government clients.
- Responsible for Pre-sales and Bid Management activities.
- Certifications
- State federal Portal registrations.
- Oversee deals through from negotiation to closure, by leadiig negotiation efforts and reviewing offers and counteroffers
- Ensure the requisite internal due diligence and financial analyses are carried out as per timelines
- Once the deal is signed, oversee alliance management of partners to track performance of the alliance over time
- Mitigate business risk, legal uncertainties and human relationship risk by establishing an alliance management dashboard and monitoring it on a regular basis
- Once deals are struck, ensure smooth handover to the delivery team for efficient management and make sure they are delivering the right resources.
- Create new business opportunities on the grounds of past performance

Skills & Knowledge

Educational qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree OR Equivalent experience

Relevant experience:

- 5+ years of experience in IT business development Recruiting and delivery within a Technology company, handling business for various countries.
- Functional knowledge of various technologies
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
