**What you'll be doing**:
- Conducting training needs analysis through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with department managers.
- Identifying gaps in skills and knowledge that need to be addressed.
- Designing and develop training programs and materials, including online courses, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensuring content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with company goals, values and industry standards.
- Utilizing various instructional design methodologies and technologies.
- Facilitating training sessions in-person and online.
- Using a variety of instructional techniques to ensure effective learning.
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Coaching leaders on how to deliver effective training for various types of learners
- Developing and implementing evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collecting and analyzing data to determine the impact of training on employee performance.
- Providing feedback and recommendations for program improvement.
- Working closely with HRBPs, department heads, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational needs.
- Communicating training schedules, updates, and program outcomes to relevant parties.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Regularly review and update training materials and methods.
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
**What you bring to the table**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lead and inspire employees to engage in continuous learning.
- Creativity in developing new training programs and methods.
- Flexibility to adjust training programs as needed based on feedback and organizational changes.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Professional certifications in Adult Learning an asset.
