**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a full-time Tender Coordinator / Office Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role within our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and summarize upcoming tenders for management & estimation team.
- Create project folders, acquire, review, organize, and manage relevant documents such as tender forms, addendums, bond forms, etc.
- Submit prequalification’s for tenders as required.
- Create lead letters and fill out contract forms.
- Print drawings, specifications, and addendums.
- Coordinate with General Contractors, Management, and estimating team as required to ensure all information is shared in an accurate and timely manner.
- Completing other clerical related tasks and duties as required.
- Managing and directing phone calls.
- Data entry.
- Clothing orders.
- Collect and organize information received from various job sites.
- Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation.
- Placing orders for office & site supplies.
- Create job binders for new sites.
- Scheduling service & maintenance contractors.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Certificate/Diploma in Office Management or a relevant clerical related discipline (preferred)

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Verbal and written communication skills to translate information into easily understood terms, summarize information, and effectively relay information to senior management.
- Ability to work independently and maintain direction and focus through proactive planning and organized approaches to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc.).
