**Responsibilities**:
This position is a key member of the Precision Ag Department who supports our customers with their John Deere Precision Ag products. Responsibilities of this position include:

- Respond to incoming requests with customer support excellence
- Process all Precision Ag related service and administrative tasks
- Maintain a fundamental understanding of John Deere Precision Ag products
- Work on special projects associated with the Precision Ag Department
- Activities listed above may include working weekends and evenings during planting and harvest seasons

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service and support
- Experience in a technical customer support role is preferred
- Exceptional self starter ability
- Strong communication and and organization skills
- College diploma or equivalent in a technical, agriculture or mechanical program preferred
