Talent Acquisition Business Partner

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers at GroupM to understand their business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that support those needs
- Source and recruit top talent in the media industry through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting events
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding of new hires
- Work closely with other members of the human resources team to improve and optimize GroupM's talent operations, including processes and systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment and hiring activities via our ATS

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a focus on the media industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent in the media industry
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to understand GroupM's business goals and develop recruitment and talent strategies that support them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and other members of the HR team
- Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and technologies, as well as experience in improving and optimizing talent operations processes and systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
