Talent Acquisition Business Partner
At Interac, we're shaping the future of the digital economy in Canada by designing and delivering innovative products and solutions that give Canadians control over their money. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
You'll be responsible for full cycle recruitment, talent attraction methodologies, and sourcing strategies in the technology space. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing technology and social platforms to build a strong pipeline of top talent. Your success will be measured by your ability to raise the bar with every hire and contribute to our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver results in talent attraction by hiring the right people with the right skills and mindset.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key stakeholders to build and support recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to understand their hiring needs and build a pipeline of candidates.
- Full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, and recommending candidates.
- Represent Interac and our core values throughout the recruitment process, creating a positive experience for stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidates based on core competencies, job competencies, and culture fit.
- Build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent.
- Stay up to date with market trends and recruitment best practices in the FinTech industry.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in full cycle recruitment, ideally in a corporate setting in various sectors.
- A proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
- Pride in being an ambassador of the organization, representing all that Interac values.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for staying up to date on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Positivity energy and success in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.
