**Job Overview**:
As a Front Desk/Administrative Assistant at our telecommunications service provider company, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly, address general inquiries, and escalate technical issues to the support team.
- Maintain and update records, files, and scheduling systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist departments with data entry, report preparation, and other clerical tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Friendly demeanor with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
