**Position Summary**

An exciting opportunity exists in our Metals Division in Fort Saskatchewan for a **Coordinator, Contractor Admin **for approx. 18 months**.**

The purpose of this position is to drive the HOA (Hours of Accounting) process to ensure correct payment to the Vendors ensuring compliance with the HOA contract. Accountable for the cost control of the Maintenance

**Accountabilities**
- Lead the improvement of cost control through the correct authorization and timing of Daily timesheets.
- Accountable for Contractor document administration. (procedures, check sheets, KPI etc.).
- Monitor, control, and manage the financial reconciliation of time validation per contract employee for the accuracy of Sherritt payment (hour/rate discrepancies via the weekly/monthly reconciliation).
- Review and process the daily Contractor timesheet submissions.
- Complete weekly and monthly reconciliation with the Vendor for payment.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement related to overall HOA process for correct contractor payment.
- Interface with trade groups to provide general support, data retrieval, and data analysis for feedback and improvement.
- Participate in the contractor relationship meetings or progress meeting to meet the contract obligations.
- Lead the HOA Purchase Order set up by Contractor.
- Prepare reports, measure and post Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure timely reporting and payment.
- Maintain files related to Contractor time.
- Assist with the control of Safety procedures and monitoring between Sherritt and the Contractor
- Support Sherritt’s objectives to deliver zero harm to employees, environment, and neighboring communities by ensuring accurate Contract Execution is maintained and is easily accessible by stakeholders.
- Participate in Daily Management, SRM’s and Progression meetings.
- Monitor the Contractor Maintenance SharePoint page by developing, reviewing, posting and ensuring all information on the site is accurate.
- dentify opportunities for continuous improvement within area of work and bring attention to those by recommending suitable actions.
- Cross functional support to other Maintenance functions to include, EAM Vacation input, E.A.M. requisition input, E.A.M. W.O. input and tracking, vacation backup, order supplies, supporting maintenance supervisors and managers
- Organize meetings, administer distribution lists, record minutes, and maintain action item lists.
- Assist and backfill for other Asset Management Clerks during outages and vacations.
- Support Operational Excellence by providing accurate Contract Execution data to all stakeholders.
- Strive to continually improve the data collection and management processes for HOA.
- Willingly participate in OE events and directives.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum of a high school diploma, but preferably has diploma in business/office administration or the equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related administrative or document control experience.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Prior experience with maintenance management systems such as EAM, Maximo, SAP, etc would be an asset.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, SharePoint, EAM (CMMS), and Intools.
- Knowledge of Cognos, MS Project, and SharePoint considered an asset.
- Effective written and verbal communications skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Time management skills ability to prioritize workload Innovation/continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
