New Direction Immigration Consulting is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Immigration Specialist Assistant** to join our team. This role involves supporting our Immigration Specialists with client documentation, case management, and administrative tasks, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking clients. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients to gather necessary documentation and ensure timely submission of immigration forms.
- Translate client documents and communications as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling client meetings, maintaining records, and preparing case summaries.
- Liaise with government agencies, employers, and other stakeholders to follow up on the status of immigration cases.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in immigration consulting, legal support, or a related administrative role is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office software and case management systems is preferred.
