**Responsibilities**:
- Help shape ABG’s XM strategy by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop innovative ideas, enhancing future brand activations and events.
- Plan, execute, and oversee a large schedule of events, ensuring activations are executed and expectations set amongst all stakeholders.
- Provide marketing materials, images, and follow-up information to participants and internal departments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team, as well as external XM agencies and production partners, to facilitate and support a range of initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies for successful special events within budget.
- Create and sustain productive relationships and negotiate contracts with event-related clients, vendors, companies and supporters.
- Responsible for managing the Events Coordinator and Summer Events Team
**Job Requirements and Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Experiential marketing experience is an asset
- Hospitality experience is an asset
- G-level driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
- Comfortable working shifts that fall on weekends and evenings
