As an Executive Sales Rep in our agency, you’ll be a part of one of the fastest-growing, high-performance inside sales teams in Canada. Accompanied by ambitious and skilled sales professionals, you will have the opportunity to learn and master the highest paying skill in the world; sales, while implementing strategies used by 6-7 figure earners in our agency.
**What we do**
Our sales agency Automatic Closers (formerly known as World Class Sales Agency) is one of the first of its kind taking advantage of a massively growing market in digital education. The high-profile clients that we work with offer advanced coaching and digital education and hire us to optimize their sales process.
Our marketing team builds and scales high-budget digital campaigns and funnels to generate hundreds of pre-qualified leads daily.
Led by founder, Dylan Blyuss, and your Sales Managers, you will be tasked with calling and closing these leads.

**Compensation**
- We offer pure commission
- Earning potential: $50,000-$150,000 per year

**Our new Sales Executives Will**
- Be organized. Maintain a schedule with customers booking appointments and follow-ups to ensure all possible customers are spoken to.
- Become an expert. Develop a deep understanding of how your assigned clients' solutions can support their customers and be able to clearly articulate the value their products bring.
- Build relationships. Work closely and build trust with customers to fully understand their afflictions, challenges, and goals in order to support and service them with their needs.
- Set and achieve sales targets. You are performance-driven and will bring in more business to accelerate the growth of our company using a proven sales process to effectively match the product with your customers' needs, handle objections and close high ticket deals consistently.

**Our new Executive has**
- No other major commitments.
- Exceptional communication ability, must be able to be personable and build relationships with customers. English proficiency is essential.
- A results-oriented passionate approach. Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Receptive to constructive feedback and willing to learn from others.
**Work Schedule**
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
- As an independent contractor, you may work as many additional hours or days as you’d like.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
