Triangle has recently invested in some great operational resources to set up our current and future salespeople for success. We've also recently expanded our office space to make room for the growth we're experiencing. Now that we've got the infrastructure and space in place to support growth, we need hunters to come in and help us grow.
This opportunity will focus on generating and maintaining profitable business relationships with customers in any and every industry across North America. The Triangle way is to become an invaluable link in the customers' supply chain, truly acting as an extension of their offering.

**Responsibilities**:
- Represent Triangle Logistics to prospective customers in order to generate new business in the North American transportation market
- Provide your customers with the highest possible level of customer service and support, maintaining primary point of contact for the customer across the lifetime of the account
- Coordinate and interact with the Operations team on a daily basis to ensure all customer needs are communicated and met
- Develop and execute on innovative supply chain and sales solutions
**Skills Required**:
- Experience building a book of business, ideally within supply chain
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Presentation experience with internal and external key decision makers
- Demonstrate experience in strategic sales
- Demonstrate skill of managing internal and external customer expectations
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of the third-party logistics (3PL) industry
**Compensation**
- Base salary starting at $55,000 (commensurate with experience)
- In addition to salary, Triangle offers a unique, competitive and **uncapped **commission plan to ensure people are effectively rewarded for performance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
