Sales from the Campus Store support all operational costs, and additional contributions made to the University in support of student success.

**Representative Duties & **Responsibilities**
- Committed to creating a culture of service excellence.
- Leads by example, addressing stakeholder concerns, solving problems, and seeking answers if not known.
- Self-starter who can identify and delegate tasks while engaging interim staff in the process, providing guidance and opportunities for feedback and input to improve processes and outcomes.
- Great communicator, ensuring ongoing and proactive communication with supervisor, customers and coworkers in all areas of the store.
- Maintain and communicate standards for use, storage, and transportation of merchandise and display fixtures between receiving, sales floor, and storage areas.
- Oversee the smooth flow of goods between locations, organizing stock rooms and making merchandise easy to locate, facilitating floor fills.
- Coordinate the flow of goods onto the sales floor resulting in filled, clean, and well-merchandised displays that are refreshed regularly.
- This physically demanding role is responsible for assisting with the receiving process, from unloading trucks to accurately recording merchandise into internal systems.
- With direction from the Sales Floor Manager, prepare and execute off-site events
- Update and maintain signage and shelf tags, ensuring that these are up-to-date and accurate.
- Perform cashiering and web order processing duties.
- Provide input into floor layouts, processes, and procedures, and write documents such as procedural manuals, process and policies, correspondence, and minutes.

**Supervision**
- Provides functional guidance to others on an ongoing basis.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and procedures for short-term staff

**Qualifications**
- 2 year Community College diploma in a relevant field.
- Requires 2 years of relevant retail or warehouse experience.
