Role Summary:_**
We are currently looking for a self-motivated, optimistic and skillful individual for the Sales Support Specialist role at our Mississauga location. Someone who has the ability to multitask and think strategically in-order to achieve sales objectives, where Customer and TEAM approaches are paramount to success The primary focus of this position is to provide assistance and day to day support in the efforts to sell Life Safety Systems.

Key Job Responsibilities:_**
- Screen incoming customer sales requests for technical details, delivery requirements, and pricing requirements.
- Provide standard product pricing and quotes to clients where applicable.
- Refer large-scale or complex requests to the appropriate salesperson.
- Acquire knowledge and keep current in areas of company product features, legislation and regulations concerning product usage; and where possible, competitive technology.
- Work closely with branch management, billing and collections department on daily basis to help them identify, research and resolve AP claims, disputes, discrepancies and other issues.
- Answer all invoice and price related concerns to the customers and diligently resolve the issues if there is any
- Perform handover process from completed installation to billing

Qualifications:_**
- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or related disciplines is valued
- Direct sales experience is an asset.
- Relevant experience, preferably in the Life Safety industry.
- Proven solid customer relationship-building skills.
- Resilient communication (written & oral) and organizational skills.
- Strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
