**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**:
**Term length: 6 months**
**Job location**: our office in Ottawa, Canada
**About the team**
Want to work for an award-winning HR team? Kinaxis is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us continue to scale our global business. As part of a broader Human Resources team, new ideas are always welcomed, so this role is for someone who pursues innovative approaches to the age old "war on talent" many companies face. With high growth comes a fast pace, so be prepared to pivot quickly, knowing that you'll be directly impacting Kinaxis's emphasis on finding and hiring great people to join our organization.
**What you will do**
- Assist the North America Campus recruitment process through job posting, resume screening and coordinating interviews
- Organize career fair events and info sessions throughout North America
- Partner with Corporate Recruiters to ensure effective use of the applicant tracking system
- Support reference check process
- Support talent branding initiatives and social media campaigns
- Support the Recruitment Programs Manager in projects and initiatives including data updates, reporting, and DEI
**What we are looking for**
- One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in a recruitment environment
- Previous experience with campus recruitment would be beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional client service
- Strong organizational skills required to prioritize multiple requests in a changing environment
- Personal integrity when handling confidential information
- Strong initiative required to be successful in this role
