Administrative Coordinator

**About the Role**
The role is offered on a full-time and permanent basis. Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting our payroll efforts such as receiving, reviewing/ auditing and data entry of information to meet weekly payroll deadlines. The Admin Coordinator will also be responsible for reconciling information and generating weekly reports to demonstrate profit/ loss statements for their team. They will be responsible for handling confidential documents and time sensitive material.
**Responsibilities**
- Receiving Road Sheets daily and cross reference data
- Cost calculations and reporting in TMS
- Road Sheet, POD, delivery and driver activity auditing and record keeping
- Data entry into payroll system to meet weekly deadlines and generate weekly payroll
- Investigating discrepancies as needed
- Weekly reporting
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide general support to team as needed
- Other related duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to review and interpret data with accuracy
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Preferable with +1 years of experience in the Transport field or in a related area
- High school diploma
Comfortable using MS Office and Outlook (special focus on Excel)
- Attention to detail and comfortable reviewing data in a validation capacity
- 50+ WPM
- Comfort multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Teamwork
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
