Office Assistant/executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures related to electrical construction
- Project coordination and team scheduling
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Process payroll and ensure accurate recordkeeping to be provided to book keeper
- Assist with project reports and analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Executive Assistant to owner in all business operations, including research and development, social media and advertising and helping the team with material orders and pricing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be an open-minded, energetic, creative individual with an interest in business and entrepreneurship.
As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, and maintaining efficient office procedures. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
This position can be either part-time or full time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
