**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)**, REIMAGINE WORK LTD.

Hybrid-Remote
Wage: $30 to $35 per hour
Estimated Hours: 15-20 per week

**Job Summary**

Reimagine Work is seeking its next team member. We’re looking for an organized and efficient part-time Executive Assistant opening, working side-by-side with our CEO.

This role supports the day-to-day tasks the CEO assigns on a daily basis and provides tactical, flexible administrative/operational support to the entire Reimagine team. The EA also looks after coordinating and managing the CEO’s calendar, preparing proposals and client documents, supporting client and sales meetings and preparation of meeting materials.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate sales calls with clients and prospective clients
- Act as point of contact for new and existing clients and support with client relationship management as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Handle internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Support with proposal and contract administration via Ignition + DocuSign
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other administrative systems
- Support project management by tracking deadlines, tasks, and deliverables
- Facilitate the coordination of team meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Upload expense receipts and answer monthly accounting questions
- Plan and manage in-person and virtual team events and professional development
- Plan and manage in-person and virtual external events and workshops
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews as required
- Provide admin and operational support to the operations team as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team and overall business operations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative, project management, or coordinator role
- Superior communication and writing skills, able to adapt writing and communication styles to a diverse audience
- Expert in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative and/or project management tools
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
